The Regent Contades Hotel is a 5-storey, 19th century property with an opulent façade and dormer windows. The medium sized lobby is appointed in an appropriately traditional style, with a marble floor and reception area. An ornate iron staircase winds up the five floors with decorative stained glass windows on the landings. The 47 individually decorated guestrooms offer a matchless seduction of style and comfort, allied to modern amenities. The most spacious rooms are in the new wing of the building. Located on the first floor, offering a buffet breakfast every morning, the Belle Epoque room retains the decorative features of a 1920's interior style. Elegant furnishings and pink linen tablecloths are arranged beneath large windows that flood the room with natural light and offer views over the Avenue. Ideal for a drink or a light snack, the Regency Bar features dark wood panelling, soft lighting and comfortable sofas and armchairs upholstered in rich tones of green and red velvet – all of which combine to create a warm, cosy atmosphere.
